my baby girl 2yr 7 mnth old got fever and lasts for 6 days now yesterday her fever got down and today 10 min back I observed small reddish rashes on her body of legs and hand and also on face the area she is exposed I don't understand why these rashes developed pls let me know what to do

can apply calamine lotion or coconut oil
