Q.

my baby getting fever for past three days at morning 4 am .. so I'm giving fepanil drops after that she is getting better ... may I know why she getting fever at morning at same time

A. hello. fever is reaction of body against foreign infection. Please consult your paediatrician for consultation in person. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for exact treatment and further evaluation. Take care.
