measure the temperature using Babyhug temperature strip whic. is verh convenient to use .
if it's 100f or above then you may use paracetamol pediatric drops as per her weight and age to control fever
please kep her well hydrated by giving her breast milk/water.
please don't.use paracetamol for les rhan 4 hours gao
