My baby front teeth bleeding due to his front hit to wall. which medicine I can use now

A. kindly do cold compress over it and also give paracetamol which help in decreasing both pain and swelling . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
