Q.

My baby falls down yesterday evening she hits back side of head , but there is no swelling in head or injury and she was active yesterday , but today after lunch she vomits , is there is a problem

A. yes must be careful if the baby is vomiting following any head injury. for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
