my baby ears are pierced and got little bit pus can you suggest any ointment

A. Hello ma’am apply betadine I want to eat every 3 to 4 hours and probability settle down with time and the best is after that you can also make some turmeric powder into gear vomit a little and keep applying it on to that part on a regular basis if there is any infection or anything it will settle down automatically with it
