Q.

My baby doesn't want to eat anything even the milk or other stuff.... so I am very much upset for her growth ๐Ÿ“ˆ....in this case what will I do to maintain her weight......pls suggest some food so I can easily handle with it

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron dehificiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very imhportant .

A. A lot of times this kind of a behaviour is seen with kids due to lower level of haemoglobin in the body so first youโ€™ll have to check with the doctor to understand whatโ€™s the problem and according to that only they can help you with the right kind of supplements to start with
