Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby 3 months not passing stool there is no need to have any treatment for this There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
