My baby doesn’t pass urine when he sleeps…pass only when he is awake …is it normal??

urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour.
the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint.
there is no problem dif the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night
