my baby didn't poop for 4days... why? can I give dry grapes soak water for that

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Constipation is very normal for initial six months where the child is only consuming milk so they only passed urine sometimes and not motion that’s normal but if in this case the child is sufficiently passing urine and taking all the feeds properly then don’t worry about it also you cannot give any kind of water to the child no medication is required
