Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mostly it happens because of teething ,worm Infection or nutritional deficiencies so please check it . try to feed your child at gap of 2 or 3 hours. give food like soup , ajwain water , which help to increase your child apetite.
