my baby completed 6 month, last 3 -4 days he has started screaming loud & lots if see any thing or if he doesn't get the things in his hand . our padetrician said he is hyperactive. it need to consult with Nureo child specialist . please suggest is it normal behaviour or we need to consult

don't worry, it will reduce by the age 5 or 6..
you have to handle your kid differently..
try to to channelize your kids energy in different activity keep your kid always engaged..
don't scold kid.. engage kid in activities like colouring, drawing, playing with dough,
sorting shapes, building blocks..
music therapy will also do
