my baby complaining of 3 episodes of green colour loose motion since 3 days associated with pain abdomen what bcan I do

A. Start giving enterogermina twice a day for five days and Zinconia syrup twice a day if the stools are watery frothy and foul smelling and ajwain water can be given consult your doctor
