my baby cheeks are darker than other parts(forehead,around mouth,nose)of face...why??

It could be an issue of pigmentation which can happen with an early age also with a lot of kids it has been seen so it’s better to you should get a check with a dermatologist ones they will give you a better understanding as per the situation and if any medicine is required to go ahead with
