my baby boy was born on 2nd oct 2020 his birth weight was 3.25 kg he I so lean and thin how to increase his weight he is on exclusive breast feed now his weight is5.60 gr

Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Good luck and take care.
