Q.
my baby boy was 6months old. he has lot of Sweating even in palms also. is this any problem.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. no problem in g In small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever

No Sweating is normally due to heat because kids feel a lot of heat the body temperature is usually higher than ours which is my sweating is considered very very normal at this age so don’t worry about it just try to keep your child in a decent temperature
