My 8 years old son had this in his palms..His palms sweat a lot..this is not itchy but when sweating it's itching..Can anyone tells me what is it?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy1 month agoA. hello some babies sweat more which is normal but something unusual then is better to check with ur doctor n nothing to worry about it n not a problem in most cases
