Q.
my baby boy is one year old.. he always wants to have breast milk....not taking solids and splitting out evertng......my in-laws and others always says tat I have to stop breastfeeding then only he will have proper solids....how to make him have solids ?? how to deal with this..??

Gradually stop feeding at day then at night
Maintain hydration
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
