Q.

my baby boy is one and half year old. he has not started speaking. he makes me understand his work by aa---uuu kind of sounds or by screaming.

A. It requires detailed examination to see if it is actually a developmental delay or not, As the conditions aren’t good right now,make sure that you consult your pediatrician ASAP after the conditions get better Meanwhile keeping taking to the child and keep involving him in a conversation

A. at this age generaly baby's say a very few words...my baby is one and half years and she speaks lik 10 words and she just address everybody lik mummy,appa etc and that's fine...but if u think something is not right with ur baby u can get a expert opinion

A. See If your child is not speaking even a single word as of now then you consult an ENT doctor 1st to get it checked if there is any speaking disorder or something and if everything is fine then if needed consult a speech therapist they will guide you better with the kind of therapies and exercises that you should be going for
