My son is one and half year old.But he not yet started speaking or saying words makes sounds only like mama papapa .Is there anything to worry?

A. Not a problem gradually over the period only Ojha is going to pick up more words and speech is going to be better but as of now the only thing that you can do Eshtu interact more with your child that is going to be helpful for you
