my baby boy is now 4months old, I'm a working mother, I want to rejoin in duty nxt month first week. when should I have to start bottle feed and formula milk to him?

A. Dear mum, avoid formula and avoid bottle feeding. You can continue to breastfeed even while you are working. Breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back from work. While at work, baby can be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
