Q.

#asktheexperts i have to rejoin my school duty after a break of delivery for three months . can i start formula milk for once Or twice a day as i have to attend my duty for half day..

A. hello yes you can either express your milk using any of the breastpump like Babyhug or you can also be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 like Nan Pro stage 1 or similac stage 1 using a bpa free bottle which would be safe and not a problem nothing to worry
