My baby boy is getting small pimples all over the body can u pls tell why and what to do?

It maybe Due to heat in the body sometimes what mother is eating can create a lot of heat into the child’s body so have to be very cautious in terms of what you are eating and as of now I am going to advise you to start applying calamine lotion regularly on the entire body
