my baby boy is 9 months old,he has passed 6 times stool since morning.everytime the stool is light yellow mucus type stool...shall I start antibiotics or wait for one day more? he is active and no fever,breastfed,taking solids also...teeth is yet to come...plz reply

A. you have to meet the doctor before starting antibiotics who will tell you whether it is Viral or bacterial and accordingly medicine needs to be given to the child in that time kindly give ORS and easily digestible food
