Q.

My baby boy is 8 months old..please suggest what breakfast should i give to him.. is cerelac good for him.He eats khichdi in afternoon meal and at night also..But please advice some good food for breakfast..

A. Hello Pls avoid cerelac as it is a packaged food & may contain additives. Give recipes like ragi porridge, upma, oats porridge, vegetable Paratha, dhokla, idli mashed in sambar as breakfast options
