Q.
my baby boy is 7 months 15 days old ...in evening time he becomes very fussy and crancy ...in night he woke up but he' s eye are closed and he cries ...and he do flapping is hand ...is it normal at these age?

such type of habits and behaviour usually improve with increasing age of the child and does not require any type of intervention.
you can divert the child to prevent the habit / behaviour.
this is totally fine and nots to be worried about.
