Q.
my baby boy is 7 month old now, can I give broken wheat cerelac and poha cerelac or potato puree, watermelon juice ? how many time I can give solid food in a day ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can give these things to the baby. Make sure that the juice is seedless and made at home and is fresh. Please do not add any sugar or salt to it. You should give three full meals to the baby and snacks in between. Give something to the baby to eat after every 3-4 hours.
