my baby boy is 6+ months old. can I give nuts or dates or dry grapes with puree

A. hi yes you can. but if any of food items you are offering for first time,it is better to offer single food item at a time. I mean don't mix two or more food items as it is is start ,by offering single food item at a time,you can check whether your child is allergic to particular food item or not.
