My baby boy is 5 months old he developed a small black dots on his hands that has appeared unexpectedly can u please say what is the reason ?

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Continue breastfeeding.
