my baby boy is 3 years 5 months old he got rashes as shown in the image how can I reduce it,what would be the reason for these rashes can anyone help me.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. a child is having rash on the skin. it can occur due to sensitive skin or dry skin for due to some type of infection.
if the skin of the child is dry you can apply moisturizingx lotion which help in decreasing the rash.
if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply calaminex lotion.
it is advisable to take a medical opinion
