Q.
My baby boy is 2months 4days old. Can u please suggest me how many times I should breast feed him and frequency of feeding. He is just feeding 5min when I wake him for every 2 hours.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Typically, babies need to be fed every 2-3 hours in the first month – making it to 10-12 feeds every day in a span of 24 hours. In the second month, the frequency might reduce to 8-9 times, and in the third month it will be 7-8 times. try to feed longer from one side.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
