my baby boy is 24days old and it seems his gums are tilted towards the lip and also swollen ( not pretty sure)?

Maam very honestly this way I cannot confirm anything whether it is normal or not you yourself are not seem very sure about it so just to have a confirmation on the understanding of the problem I think it would be best in the interest of the child to visit a dentist
