my baby boy is 18 months old and from last 3 days he is passing stool more frequently especially after having meal. is there anything to worry

A. dear parent if the stools are not like loose motion child is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert playful then do not worry maintain good hygiene and hand wash
