Q.

My baby boy is 10months old and his weight is 8.5kgs and breastfeeding. I think my milk is not getting sufficient for him. Can any one suggest me which milk is best cow milk or formula milk

A. Namaste Mom, try to now may solids as a major part of the diet as now alone your feed wouldnt be sufficent you can though opt for formula milk for now ,
