my baby boy is 10 months 13 days now. he has rubbed or scratched his eye and it is red on the right hand side of eye ball. should I be worried about it or it will heal on its own

A. can be or not also. as for in this case I would ask you to take the advise from the near by doctor and then which can follow the advise for this issue so can be done . .
