My baby boy is 1 month old... for past few days he is vomiting after feed and like curd substance... also he is grunting all the time making noises while sleeping.. he is having disturb sleep.. kindly advise

A. dear mom. burp well after feeding is imp. also he might having sone cold or congesion. keep comfirtabke warm room . guve jndirect steam inhalation. o.k
