Hi, my son is 1 month and 9 days from past few days his grunting and arching his body while sleeping and some times he spits the milk like watery curd..

A. it is because of colic and gaseous discomfort that your baby is arching the body clinging the fist . so you need to make sure that you are burping properly after feeding . you can use gastica drops give tummy leg pedaling exercises for your baby
