My baby boy has got something like this in his back which is near to the bump .. may I Know what’s it and how to treat him? He doesn’t feel any pain if I scratch it

proper treatm.bent suggestions would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment.
