my baby boy got his 3 rd vaccine dose at 3 month 15 days he cried a lot only sleep at my lap what should I do

A. After vaccination, paracetamol can be given up to 4 times a day for a child's fever and pain. Apply ice on the injection site for swelling, and use thrombophob gel if needed. Vaccine-related fever usually subsiddes in 2-3 days; consult a doctor if it persists beyond that.
