my baby boy born on 24th Feb 2022 he is crying before passing urine and after passing urine And he is passing urine for every half an hour And he is vomiting after feeding please suggest me what is the reason and remedy

sometimces this can continue for one year of age also.
it usually occurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child.
the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is cryingc
