my baby boy birth weight is 2.4kg now he is 4 month his weight is 6kg . is it perfect ??

It is better than perfect your child has gained 900 g in a month which is a fabulous weight gain that the child can take in this issue and if you look at it this is a very healthy weight in case of doubt if you have you can always talk to your doctor about it
