my baby boy 7 months old and he is vomiting from 2days, even after using drops for vomitings and he is theeting ,is it the reason for vomitings? what should I do to reduce his vomitings?he is even vomiting milk(breastfeeded).

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find ofut the the treatment for further management consult dr.
