Q.

My baby boy 22months old speaks amma anna papa mama bus ball etc imitates sound like bow bow .He understands everything but doesn't call mummy daddy .is he needs speech therapy suggest me.

A. not now, be more interactive, show videos having different words along with its pitcrues

A. no need for speech therapy your baby is having normal vocabulary interact more with the baby For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

No Your child is actually saying certain things understanding everything that I don’t think so you need to worry about the age 3 years of age kids can pick up on the speech so if by the three years also you feel your child is in speaking then you consult a speech therapist as of now you should be
