My baby boy 1 month old he is always crying he take his full feed what to do

A. A lot of times as new parents we don’t even know why the child is crying we always think it is because of hunger so I think this is just because of stomach pain your child is crying constantly give a medicine regarding that and after that the child will automatically calm down
