my baby born on 37th week but growth is 33 weeks only symmetrical iugr.. after birth his height and weight is normal or not?

sorry but we can not predict it from some of information.
it needs many more things like physical examination as well as your Medical history,etc
so please take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
and if your pregnancy goes well then no need to take stress for this.
I understand your concern but such things are natural.
