#asktheexpert doctors are saying my babies growth is delayed for 3 weeks it might be a iugr is what they are saying is it fine if the baby is born at 36 or 37th week

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy11 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Babeis they gain around 200 gms per week in the first month after birth. Then the babies they gain around 500 gms every month till six months. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby for weight gain. give only breastmilk till completion of six months. start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly. give Sunbath every morning for half an hour. massage regularly with coconut oil or almond oil.
