Q.

my baby born in tamilnadu. where weather is hot but not humid. no sweating was there. I just come to my hometown Kolkata where weather is too much heat and lots of sweat. very humid. my baby sweat a lot now. his pee counting became less . is it for sweating?? he is exclusively breastfeeded. should I give him bm or water. I am worried about dehydration

A. hi your baby is 3 months old now you need to increase frequency of breast feeding and if required give formula milk as well to maintain hydration .. . .
