my baby born before 20 days of my due date is it effects on his milstones

A. hello twenty days early is not a problem.. some can have early delivery which os not a problem with just twenty days early just make sure to give your child breastmilk exclusively till 6 months or give infant formula milk if the breast milk is not sufficient which helps on baby growth
