Q.

My baby birth weight was 3.04 kg, now she is 4 months old and her current weight is 4.5 kg, is it okay? My pediatrics said she is gaining weight slowly? what should I do? she is on BM and FM feeding.

A. Your Child has gained about 1500 Grams in four months which is quite an ideal weight gain that is what I can tell you a minimum of 300 g per month is considered as a healthy weight gain if your child has gained 1500 g in four months so that’s quite an average weight gain
