my baby birth weight is 3.16 and now he is 4.3 ... he is 3 month starting... is this a good weight gain???

yes the weight of ur baby is fine.
By three months the weight should be anywhere between 3-5 kgs.
ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months and triple the birth weight by one year
